PARKOUR PHILOSOPHY

 

PARKOUR is a sport where one uses obstacles coming in his way to create fluid movement of one's body .There are no particular rules and regulations for using an obstacle .One can manipulate obstacles as per his will .Those who practice PARKOUR are called TRACEURS .PARKOUR is also known as FREERUNNING .It gives us the freedom of  movement .PARKOUR gives you the skill , that remains with you for whole life .PARKOUR is a sport which needs discipline ,lots of dedication and last but not the least practice .I repeat (practice) .It is all about thinking positive about your moves .Fear is one of the biggest obstacle for the beginners .one should conquer his/her fear .But , we believe that  one does not need to be too physically fit to (start) PARKOUR .
